プライバシーポリシー
株式会社セキララカード（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するアプリ「SEKIRARA - 話題が広がる質問カードゲーム」（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、アカウントを作成せず匿名のままご利用いただけます。ご利用の形態によって、収集する情報は次のとおり異なります。
アカウントを作成せずにご利用の場合
- 匿名の識別子（当社が発行する、氏名やメールアドレスとは結びつかないID）
- 遊んだカテゴリの記録
- 商品を購入された場合は、購入日時、購入された商品、利用できる権利の種別
- 端末およびネットワークの性能に関する情報（アプリの速度と安定性の改善のため）
アカウントを作成された場合、上記に加えて次を収集します。
- メールアドレス
- 表示名およびプロフィール画像（設定された場合）
- 電話番号（設定された場合）
当社が収集しないもの
- クレジットカード番号その他の決済情報。お支払いは Apple または Google が処理し、
カード情報が当社または本アプリに渡ることはありません
- 運転免許証、パスポート、健康保険証などの本人確認書類
- 位置情報、連絡先、写真ライブラリ、カメラ、マイクへのアクセス
- アプリ内でご覧になった個々の質問カードの内容
2. 利用目的
当社は、収集した情報を次の目的で利用します。
- 本アプリの提供、維持および改善
- 購入された内容にもとづく機能の提供、および購入の復元
- お問い合わせへの対応
- 不具合の調査、ならびに速度および安定性の改善
- 法令にもとづく対応
当社は、広告配信のために個人情報を利用しません。 本アプリに広告は表示されず、広告に関する外部サービスも組み込んでいません。
3. 外部サービスへの提供
本アプリの提供にあたり、次の外部サービスを利用しています。各事業者は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーにもとづいて情報を取り扱います。

上記のほか、次の場合を除いて個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
- ご本人の同意がある場合
- 法令にもとづく場合
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要であり、かつご本人の同意を得ることが
困難である場合
- 合併、会社分割、事業譲渡その他の事由により当社の事業が承継される場合
4. 保存期間と削除のご希望
収集した情報は、本アプリの提供に必要な期間、保存します。削除をご希望の場合は、下記の窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令上保存が必要なものを除いて削除します。
匿名でご利用の場合のご注意。 匿名のまま本アプリを削除された場合、当社には
その識別子とお客様を結びつける手段がありません。購入された内容は Apple およびRevenueCat 側に記録が残るため、同じ Apple ID または Google アカウントをお使いであれば「購入を復元」から戻すことができますが、遊んだ記録を戻すことはできません。
5. お子様の情報
本アプリは16歳以上の方を対象としています。当社は、16歳未満の方から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。
6. 本ポリシーの改定
本ポリシーは改定されることがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリまたは当社ウェブサイトでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy
Sekirara Card Inc. ("we", "us") sets out below how we handle personal informationin our application "Sekirara: Conversation Starter" (the "App"), distributed inJapanese as "SEKIRARA - 話題が広がる質問カードゲーム".
1. Information we collect
You can use the App anonymously, without creating an account. What we collect depends on how you use the App.
If you use the App without an account
- An anonymous identifier issued by us, which is not linked to your name or
email address
- A record of which categories you have played
- If you make a purchase: the date and time of purchase, the item purchased, and
the type of entitlement granted
- Information about your device and network performance, used to improve the
speed and stability of the App
If you create an account, we also collect:
- Your email address
- Your display name and profile image, if you set them
- Your phone number, if you provide it
What we do not collect
- Credit card numbers or other payment details. Payments are processed by Apple
or Google, and card information is never passed to us or to the App
- Identity documents such as a driver's license, passport, or health insurance card
- Your location, contacts, photo library, camera, or microphone
- The content of the individual question cards you view in the App
2. How we use this information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App
- To deliver the features you have purchased, and to restore purchases
- To respond to your enquiries
- To investigate defects and improve speed and stability
- To comply with applicable law
We do not use personal information for advertising. The App displays no
advertisements and contains no advertising-related third-party services.
3. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate the App. Each provider handles information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Apart from the above, we do not disclose personal information to third parties except where:
- You have consented
- Disclosure is required by law
- Disclosure is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is
difficult to obtain your consent
- Our business is transferred through a merger, corporate split, business transfer,
or similar event
4. Retention and deletion
We retain the information we collect for as long as it is needed to provide the App. If you would like your information deleted, please contact us using the details below. After verifying your identity, we will delete it, except where we are required by law to retain it.
Please note if you use the App anonymously. If you delete the App while using
it anonymously, we have no way to connect that identifier back to you. Records of your purchases are retained by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat, so you can restore them with "Restore Purchases" using the same Apple ID or Google account — but your play history cannot be recovered.
5. Children
The App is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
6. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy. If we make a material change, we will announce it in the App or on our website.
