アカウントの削除について
このページでは、株式会社セキララカードが提供するアプリ「SEKIRARA - 話題が広がる質問カードゲーム」（Android / iOS）のアカウントと、それにひもづくデータを削除する方法をご案内します。
1. アプリから削除する
アカウントを作成された方は、アプリからいつでも削除できます。
- アプリを開き、カテゴリを選ぶ画面の歯車（設定）アイコンをタップします
- 「アカウント設定」をタップします
- 「退会をご希望される場合」をタップします
- 内容を確認し、「上記の内容を確認し、退会することを希望します。」にチェックを入れて「退会する」をタップします
- 確認のメッセージが出たら「退会する」をタップします
2. メールで削除を依頼する
アプリを削除してしまった場合など、アプリから操作できないときは、メールで削除をご依頼いただけます。
- 宛先：support@sekiraracard.com
- 件名：アカウント削除のご依頼
- 本文：ご登録のメールアドレス
ご本人確認のため、ご登録のメールアドレスから送信してください。確認のうえ削除し、完了をメールでお知らせします。
3. アカウントを作成せずにご利用の方
アカウントを作成せずにご利用の場合も、アプリからデータを削除できます。
- アプリを開き、カテゴリを選ぶ画面の歯車（設定）アイコンをタップします
- 「アカウント設定」をタップします
- 「このアプリのデータを削除する」をタップします
- 内容を確認し、「上記の内容を確認し、データを削除します。」にチェックを入れて「削除する」をタップします
- 確認のメッセージが出たら「削除する」をタップします
アプリを削除したあとは、当社にはお客様の利用記録とお客様ご本人を結びつける手段がありません。そのため、アプリを削除したあとの個別の削除のご依頼にはお応えできません。
4. 削除されるデータ
- アカウント情報（メールアドレスなど、ログインに使う情報）
- ユーザー情報
- 当社のデータベースにある購入の記録
- 遊んだカテゴリと、引いたカードの記録
5. 削除後も残るデータと期間
- バックアップ：障害に備えて取っているバックアップには、削除後も最大98日間残り、その後自動的に消去されます。
- 決済と購入の記録：お支払いと購入の復元のため、Apple、Google および RevenueCat, Inc. が、それぞれの規約にもとづいて保持します。同じ Apple ID または Google アカウントでアプリを再びお使いになると、「以前購入した商品を復元する」で購入内容を戻せる場合があります。
- 法令にもとづくもの：法令により保存が必要なものは、必要な期間保存します。
6. ご注意
- 削除したアカウントは元に戻せません。
- 削除後に、購入済みの内容の返金はできません。

Deleting Your Account
This page explains how to delete your account, and the data associated with it, in "Sekirara: Conversation Starter" (Android / iOS; distributed in Japanese as "SEKIRARA - 話題が広がる質問カードゲーム"), provided by Sekirara Card Inc.
1. Delete your account in the app
If you created an account, you can delete it from the app at any time.
- Open the app and tap the gear (settings) icon on the category selection screen
- Tap "account settings"
- Tap "If you wish to cancel your membership"
- Review the notice, tick "I have confirmed the above and would like to cancel my membership.", and tap "Withdraw"
- Tap "Withdraw" once more in the confirmation dialog
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the app (for example, because you have already uninstalled it), you can request deletion by email.
- To: support@sekiraracard.com
- Subject: Account deletion request
- Body: the email address registered to your account
To verify your identity, please send the request from your registered email address. We will delete your account after verification and notify you by email when it is done.
3. If you use the app without an account
You can delete your data from the app even if you have not created an account.
- Open the app and tap the gear (settings) icon on the category selection screen
- Tap "account settings"
- Tap "Delete my data"
- Review the notice, tick "I have read the above and want to delete my data.", and tap "Delete"
- Tap "Delete" once more in the confirmation dialog
Once you uninstall the app, we have no way to connect your usage records to you, so we cannot process individual deletion requests after that.
4. Data that is deleted
- Account information (such as the email address used to sign in)
- User profile information
- Purchase records held in our database
- Records of the categories you played and the cards you drew
5. Data that is retained, and for how long
- Backups: Data remains in our disaster-recovery backups for up to 98 days after deletion, after which it is erased automatically.
- Payment and purchase records: Apple, Google, and RevenueCat, Inc. retain these under their own terms to process payments and restore purchases. If you use the app again with the same Apple ID or Google account, you may be able to recover your purchases with "Restore a previous purchase".
- Records required by law: We retain records that we are legally required to keep, for the period required.
6. Please note
- A deleted account cannot be recovered.
- Purchases cannot be refunded after your account is deleted.
